Refunds, Returns, Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds, returns and/or cancellations are not possible. Exceptions can be made under special circumstances (ex.: if you have purchased the same product twice).
Themes will be periodically updated to fix bugs and make sure everything is running smoothly.
If you have purchased a theme that has been recently updated, you are eligible to receive the updated files without having to purchase the theme again.
By purchasing a theme from Studio Saroya, you receive lifetime support free of charge.
Support includes: fixing theme bugs, answering questions about the theme or the platform you’re using (with some limitations).
Support does NOT include: theme customizations, additions of new widgets or sections, fixing theme issues as a result of you or a third-party editing the theme*.
* You are free to contact me for help, but please keep in mind in the case of a theme error as a result of you or a third-party editing the theme, my support will be limited and you may have to upload a fresh copy of the theme.
It is your responsibility to backup your site and keep it up to date. Before you upload a new theme, create a backup and save any sensitive information that you do not want to lose.
